Do you want to work in the international hospitality and tourism industry?
 
This six-week online course will help you build the English, confidence and job skills you need to apply for entry-level hospitality roles.  

Hospitality is a global industry. It includes hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, cruise ships, airlines, tourism companies and customer service roles. Many employers are looking for friendly, reliable people who can communicate well and work as part of a team.  

Who is this course for?  
This course is for adults aged 20+ who are looking for their first job in hospitality.  
You do not need previous hospitality experience. You only need an interest in working with people and a willingness to learn.  
English level: CEFR B1  
The course is practical, clear and supportive.

During the course, you will learn how to:

-  1 hour live online Zoom session

Course Curriculum

Arthur McKeown

Arthur worked for 15 years as a teacher of English, teacher trainer and centre manager on three different continents. 

He then taught management to native speakers at Ulster University for 25 years.

Since 2015 he has been involved in the design, documentation and delivery of ESOL for adult Beginners, both face to face and online, and in the training and induction of Volunteers who contribute in ESOL delivery teams in the community in Belfast and beyond.
